Severin Moser has extensive experience in insurance and associations. After studying business administration at the University of St. Gallen, he gained his first professional experience at the Winterthur Group (now AXA Switzerland). Severin Moser then moved to Allianz Insurance. He was Chairman of the Board of Management at Allianz in Munich. Moser then returned to Switzerland as Chairman of the Executive Board of Allianz Switzerland. The economist is a member of the Board of Directors of Helsana AG. He was a board member of the Swiss Insurance Association and a member of the board committee of the Swiss Employers' Association (SAV). Severin Moser will become President of the Swiss Employers' Association on 28 June 2023. Born in 1962 in the Weinland region of Zurich, he is married and has two grown-up daughters. In his free time, he enjoys playing sports or supporting young athletics talents as head of the Swiss Athletics youth development programme.
