Our Focus 2026

Under the theme "Proof of Concept", EEF26 turns its attention to Europe's real power to act: where are European companies proving their competitiveness on the global stage? Which decisions create genuine leverage – and how do individual strengths become coordinated power?

At the centre are the companies and leaders who have made courageous decisions and delivered results. The Forum creates the setting to learn from them and to build the connections that carry a strong, resilient Europe – one that lives up to its responsibilities.

„The real value of the European Economic Forum lies in bringing together politics, businesses and operators from the most diverse fields – essential for my topic of autonomous driving. My key takeaway: especially in today's political climate, it takes courage to push forward your own ideas and develop them further as an entrepreneur.“

„The European Economic Forum definitely gives great value – it gives insight into economic trends and future tendencies, with great professional speakers. My key takeaway is understanding that politicians are coming towards businesses, thinking about decreasing regulations and making Europe more independent in terms of technology and economy. It's also a great event for networking – to find good people, possible partners and good friends.“
