Michael Rauchenstein has been the presenter of the main edition of Swiss television's Tagesschau since August 2022 and works as a foreign editor for SRF news programmes. Before his position in Zurich, he was based in Brussels as the EU and Benelux correspondent for SRF. He previously worked for Radio Top in Winterthur and the Central Swiss television station Tele 1 in Lucerne. In addition to his work for Swiss television, Michael Rauchenstein moderates panel discussions and talks.
