Suzanne Heywood, Baroness Heywood of Whitehall, CBE, is the Chair of CNH Industrial and the Iveco Group and serves on the boards of The Economist and Christian Louboutin.

She spent her childhood at sea, sailing around the world with her family for ten years before studying at Oxford and Cambridge. She began her career at HM Treasury before joining McKinsey & Company, where she became a Senior Partner, and later moved to Exor in 2016.

In recognition of her leadership in business, she was appointed Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) in 2024. That same year, she received the World Woman Hero Award for her commitment to education and equal opportunities.

At EEF 2025, Suzanne Heywood will explore how Europe can remain competitive and why education is essential not only for economic success but also for social stability.
