Helmut Ruhl has been with AMAG since 2017, first as CFO and since March 2021 as CEO of the entire Group. In his role as CEO, Helmut Ruhl pursues a clear climate and sustainability strategy. The AMAG Group has committed to operating as a climate-neutral company by 2025.
The AMAG Group, with around 7500 employees, including over 800 apprentices, aims to become the leading provider of sustainable individual mobility. With the acquisition of Helion Energy AG, AMAG is expanding its expertise in the energy sector, adding consulting and the range of photovoltaic systems for roofs as well as energy and charging management at home and at companies to its complete solutions. AMAG's aim is to achieve a climate-neutral footprint by 2040.
