As Chief Culture & Leadership Officer at Forvis Mazars Group, he combines decades of experience as a senior executive, academic, consultant and entrepreneur.

Choain has served as Chief HR Officer of France’s Caisse d’Epargne Group and later as Senior Vice President Leadership & Management at the BPCE Group. Earlier in his career, he headed Executive Education at Reims Management School and advised international companies on leadership and organisational development as a partner and founder.
