Charlotta Liukas is Head of Operations at Carbo Culture, a climate technology company developing a rapidly scalable biochar carbon removal solution.

She is a seasoned business organization leader with more than a decade of experience scaling tech startups. She has also worked in the international development sector, delivering unique innovation projects for the UN and the Gates Foundation.

She holds a Master of Science degree in Management from Aalto University, Finland, and is a graduate of IIT Kanpur, India, and Yonsei University, South Korea.
