Power of foresight: How to build a living company?

Joana Lenkova founded Futures Forward in 2019, a London-based consultancy specialised in innovation and the development of resilient strategies for businesses and government organisations. Previously, she worked in consumer strategy at The Walt Disney Company, among others. Today she works also in the Creative Play Lab at the LEGO Group.

Joana is a graduate of Oxford University's Saïd Business School with a degree in Strategy and Innovation. Her research has focused on how successful companies prepare themselves for challenges during unpredictable periods. She is a member of the Association of Professional Futurists and a founding member of the Futures School's Global Foresight Advisory Council and Certified Foresight Practitioner.

With her book project Choose Your Own Future, Joana shows how we can anticipate different possible versions of the future and develop our strategies accordingly. She offers tools to help entrepreneurs, investors and innovators make informed decisions in an increasingly uncertain, complex and ambiguous environment.
