Mit einem Abschluss von der Saïd Business School der Universität Oxford in Strategie und Innovation, liegt Ihre Expertise darin, erfolgreiche Unternehmen sowie Regierungsorganisationen dabei zu unterstützen, sich mithilfe widerstandsfähiger Strategien optimal auf die Zukunft vorzubereiten. In ihrem Buch "Choose your own future" präsentiert sie verschiedene Möglichkeiten, wie wir potenzielle Entwicklungen in der Zukunft rechtzeitig erkennen und unsere Herangehensweisen entsprechend anpassen können.

Im Jahr 2019 gründete Joana die in London ansässige Innovations-, Strategie- und Foresight-Beratung Futures Forward. Zudem ist sie Mitglied der Association of Professional Futurists und Gründungsmitglied des Global Foresight Advisory Councils der Futures School.

Joana Lenkova is an esteemed expert in marketing, innovation, and corporate strategy. She has extensive international experience in various industries such as financial services, consumer goods, and security.

Joana has worked for well-known companies such as AB InBev, Société Générale, and The Walt Disney Company, as well as collaborated with emerging start-ups. In addition to being Director of Strategy and Futures Consulting at her own company, she is also Futurology Director at the LEGO Group.

With a degree from Oxford University's Saïd Business School in Strategy and Innovation, her expertise lies in helping successful businesses, as well as government organizations, best prepare for the future using resilient strategies. In her book "Choose your own future", she presents various ways in which we can identify potential developments in the future in time and adapt our approaches accordingly.

In 2019, Joana founded Futures Forward, a London-based innovation, strategy and foresight consultancy. She is also a member of the Association of Professional Futurists and a founding member of the Futures School's Global Foresight Advisory Council.
