Nicholas Vinocur ist Editor bei POLITICO und Autor der Freitagsausgabe des Brussels Playbook.

Vor seiner aktuellen Position leitete er die Politikredaktion und die Pro-Teams der Publikation, nachdem er die Technologieberichterstattung von POLITICO in Europa geleitet hatte. Er koordinierte ein Team von Journalisten, die über die großen technologischen Umwälzungen unserer Zeit berichteten und die politischen Hintergründe erläuterten.

Nicholas Vinocur hat in Frankreich und den USA studiert und bringt sowohl eine europäische als auch eine transatlantische Perspektive in seine Arbeit ein. Er engagiert sich leidenschaftlich für die Rolle des Journalismus beim Schutz und der Förderung demokratischer Werte.

Nicholas Vinocur is based in Brussels and is POLITICO’s Editor at Large. He also authors the Friday edition of Brussels Playbook.

Previously, he oversaw the publication’s policy output and agenda-setting Pro teams after heading POLITICO’s technology coverage in Europe, coordinating a team of journalists breaking news and explain the politics and policy behind the great technological transformations of our day.

Educated in France and in the United States, Nick brings both a European and a transatlantic perspective to his work, and is passionate about the role of journalism in protecting and promoting democratic values.
